Hi! I’m Julia Hallisy, founder of Sonoma Superfoods, a woman-led, family-run wellness brand based in beautiful Sonoma County, California.

As a longtime health advocate, I created Sonoma Superfoods to offer a practical, delicious way to eat more plants, starting with our microgreen blends. We’re passionate about supporting local agriculture, prioritizing eco-friendly practices, and making nutrition simple for busy people and families.

Our mission is personal: to care for the health of your family and the planet. We grow, blend, and package every batch with intention, so you can eat well, even on your busiest days.

A local Registered Dietitian and chef has formulated our Micro Boost Blends — so they are wildly nutritious and intensely flavorful.

We know that finding time to eat well can be challenging, whether you’re on the go, stuck at your desk, or looking to get more nutrients into your family’s diet, our mission is to make eating your greens as easy as possible.

Sprinkle, mix, blend, and bake our blends in or on the foods you already eat.

Taking care of our beautiful planet is also at the core of our mission.

We support local farmers by encouraging the use of vertical growing -which takes up less space and water - and supports a better-for–the-planet farming system. Freeze-drying greens helps to reduce food waste, cuts down on shipping weight, and helps us deliver locally grown greens with a smaller ecological footprint. We were inspired to create Sonoma Superfoods to support health through diet by using clean and recognizable ingredients that are good for people and
respectful of the land.
